Description
Elythranthera brunonis – Purple enamel orchid, is an Australian native orchid which flowers in Spring. This is bud with its patterned back on the petals
It grows to 150-300mm high with a single hairy flattened leaf 20-80mm long and has up to 3 glossy pruple flower 20-30mm across with spreading petals and sepals and a small membranous labellum with 2 large black basal calli.
It can be found flowering in spring in shrublands, woodlands and forest in the south-west of Western
Australia.
