Diuris, commonly known as donkey orchids, bee orchids, nanny goat orchids or pansy orchids, is a genus of more than sixty species of flowering plants in the orchid family, Orchidaceae and is endemic to Australia, apart from one species endemic to Timor. I have a passion for Australian spring wildflowers and native orchids, and the collection for such is the first of many collections in my portfolio. Photography interests are wide covering most subjects apart from people. Particularly of interest are macro images and wildflowers of which Western Australia has a great many unique species. Gorgeous. Love these little orchids. I still haven't been on a wildflower hunt this season. The weather is very off putting for one thing.
Michaela Perryman replied:
I have been out only once and was not happy with the photos, time to try again
